IN2 Group’s main line of business is the development of information systems solving different business problems, both by implementing global vendor’s standard solutions and integrating independent applications into a comprehensive system as well as by developing special solutions according to the users’ specifications. Solutions required by users (making up the majority of IN2 Group’s references) are geo-information (GIS) solutions, biometric solutions, advanced analytic solutions, and business intelligence solutions. IN2 Group also produces its own solutions and applications.
Geo-information systems are the area where IN2 Group distinguished itself in a number of projects carried out both in Croatia and in the neighbouring countries of the region.
In development of GIS applications and solutions we mostly use proven Open Source tools and products since they offer the highest level of adaptability and development of custom made solutions. All GIS solutions are developed in accordance with OGC standards and based on OGC-compatible technology:
IGEA has also experience in using well-known commercial GIS tools (ESRI, Intergraph, AutoCAD Map 3D, MapInfo etc.).
We promote solutions which use all possible data from other sources through appropriate services (WMS, WFS, WMTS, etc.) along with the built-in data, thus emphasizing interoperability with other systems and institutions. Likewise, in accordance with the INSPIRE initiative, data can be offered for use to others through various services.
Some of our reference GIS projects are: e-Cadastre, SGA address register, SGA Geoportal, National Geoportal (INSPIRE), Geoportal and Address Register for the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, Cadastre data quality control, Spatial road database for Croatian Motorways, Spatial database of railway crossings for Croatian Railway Infrastructure, GIS portal for the Institute for spatial planning of Istria County, ENVI portal, Bioportal and Protected areas management system, SavaGIS, SavaHIS, GeoSTAT, AdriaFireGIS, Croatian Integrated Maritime Information System GIS module, Istria Country Institute for Spatial Planning GIS portal, Animal Disease Notification and Outbreak Management System for the Veterinary Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and many others.
IGEA Ltd. is the IN2 Group GIS-competence centre that handles spatial data analysis and the design and development of geo-information systems.
Solutions required by users make up the majority of IN2 Group’s references. They are developed according to users’ specifications and the particularities of the business processes they support. IN2 Group has developed a number of solutions for particular users, implemented its solutions tailored to the business processes of users in different market segments, and implemented standard partner solutions according to the users’ particular requirements. There are expert teams formed for each project consisting of people from various IT fields who have the specific knowledge needed for the realisation of the tasks.
Digitization projects of Croatian healthcare, justice, maritime transport, commercial economic IT projects, as well as projects in the fields of insurance and finance, which facilitate the daily life and work of our citizens and business entities, are the greatest achievement of IN2 group.
